Brad Mattie was born and raised in LaFollette.  Graduate of UTK in mechanical engineering.  Started my career at the Charleston Navy Shipyard in SC for four years before moving back to Campbell County.  Continued my career at Y-12 for 30 years before retiring in 2021.  Currently I work part time as a subcontractor.   First started getting into genealogy while researching my Italian family roots prior to a planned trip to Italy in 2024.
